All lumber is heat-treated to kill any insects or larvae and the entire pallet is then stained and sealed to protect against moisture, UV damage and fungus.

For customers with specialized pallet requirements, we can design and manufacture custom wooden pallets. Our in-house engineering team works directly with customers to determine their specific pallet specifications, including specialized sizes, deck and stringer configurations, reinforcements and load-bearing capacity. We utilize 3D modeling software to virtually prototype custom pallet designs before manufacture to ensure specifications are met.
